SAFE LOCAL JOB SEARCH

A real job should never ask you to pay first.

Most local employers are honest. These four quick checks help you notice a risky offer before sharing money or private information.

Never pay to apply

Do not send an application fee, reservation fee, training deposit, processing payment, load, gift card, or cryptocurrency to get a job interview.

Keep codes private

Do not send passwords, verification codes, bank PINs, or full payment-card details. Share identity documents only after verifying the employer and purpose.

Check the workplace

Confirm the business name, address, contact person, duties, schedule, and pay. Tell someone you trust where you are going for an interview.

Do not be rushed

Stop when someone promises unusually high pay, refuses to explain the work, demands immediate payment, or pressures you to use an unknown account.

If it feels wrong, stop the conversation.

Tuklio does not guarantee a job and never asks jobseekers to pay an application fee. Report the job title, company, message, and payment request—but never include your password or verification code.
