Privacy Notice

Tuklio collects account details, contact information, employment preferences, education, skills, work history, applications, consent records, and employer information to operate the recruitment platform.

How information is shared

A jobseeker profile is not automatically given to every employer. When a jobseeker applies, Tuklio creates a dated resume snapshot that the relevant employer can review.

Retention and choices

Users may correct their information, withdraw eligible applications, request account deletion, and ask about stored data. Some records may be retained where required for security, disputes, or legal compliance.

Security

Access is separated by account role and company membership. Sensitive administrative actions are logged or restricted through database policies.

For access, correction, deletion, consent, or other privacy questions, email tuklio.platform@gmail.com. Include the email address used for your Tuklio account, but never send your password or verification code.
