Open Tuklio in Chrome or Safari before you begin.

If this guide opened inside Facebook Messenger, tap the menu and choose "Open in Chrome" or "Open in browser." Create the account and open the confirmation or password-reset email in that same browser.

A confusing moment is useful feedback.

Do not keep guessing. If the same step fails twice, stop and report what you pressed, what you expected, and what happened.

WHAT COUNTS AS COMPLETE?

Reach the finish line for one role.

  • Jobseeker: confirm the account, review or print the free resume, and save or apply to the pilot job.
  • Employer: confirm the account, create a test company and job draft, then review an applicant after Tuklio verifies the company.
  • Stuck: two failed attempts plus a feedback report also counts as a useful completed test.

  1. Create a jobseeker account and confirm the email.
  2. Choose up to three kinds of work you want.
  3. Add basic information and one real-life work experience.
  4. Add education, language, and practical skills.
  5. Write a short introduction and review the free resume.
  6. Print it or save it as a PDF.
  7. Search for the invitation-only test job, save it, and apply.
  8. Open My applications and check the status.

TEST AS AN EMPLOYER

I am hiring someone

Test company setup, a private job draft, and applicant review.

  1. Create an employer account and confirm the email.
  2. Add a test company profile and request verification.
  3. Prepare a private job draft using a clear local job title.
  4. Add the real schedule, pay period, and daily tasks.
  5. After Tuklio verifies the test company, publish the test job.
  6. Open an applicant resume and update the application stage.
  7. Confirm that private employer notes never appear publicly.

CHECK THE EMAIL JOURNEY

Open both account emails on your phone

  • Receive and open the confirmation email after creating the account.
  • Confirm that the email link returns you to the Tuklio website.
  • Sign out, choose I forgot my password, and request a reset email.
  • Open the reset link and set a new password you have not used before.
  • Sign in with the new password and confirm the old password no longer works.

WHILE USING YOUR PHONE

Notice these five things

  • Can you read everything without zooming out?
  • Are buttons easy to tap with one finger?
  • Do saved answers still appear on the next page?
  • Does every error explain what you need to fix?
  • Can you always tell what to do next?

KEEP THE PILOT SAFE

Use only permitted information

  • Use your own details or information you have permission to use.
  • Mark every test company and vacancy clearly as a pilot test.
  • Do not upload identity documents.
  • Do not promise employment or collect an application fee.
  • Do not publish someone else's phone number.
